Every chapter of Jacquie Songer's life has been building toward one purpose. A former Big Four CPA and corporate leader, her journey through severe burnout-related illness sparked a life transformation — leading her away from the corporate world, through a deep dive into personal development, and back with something no prestigious title had ever given her: complete clarity on her true calling and the personal success tools that traditional trainings never teach.
After two decades of coaching, mentoring, and speaking — live and virtually — Jacquie has worked with thousands of accounting and finance professionals across the globe. The truth she encountered along the way was undeniable: the industry was failing its people, demanding peak performance while providing none of the inner tools required to sustain it. As co-founder of BEyond CPE, she now combines that hard-won wisdom with science-backed success principles to help even the busiest professionals disrupt chronic stress and survival patterns — and step into sustained growth and fulfillment without sacrificing themselves.
Her approach isn't theoretical — she used these same frameworks to redesign her own life from the inside out, aligning her career with her deepest values and building a life with her husband, three children, and labradoodle in coastal New England that reflects exactly who she is and what she stands for.
